O.C.N. “TOP LEASING & CREDIT” S.R.L. acknowledges and respects the individual’s right to control their personal data and the importance of protecting it. Providing personal data is an act of trust from the client, and O.C.N. “TOP LEASING & CREDIT” S.R.L. will take all necessary measures to justify that trust.

According to the Law “on the protection of personal data” No. 133 of 08.07.2011, personal data represents any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). An identifiable person is someone who can be identified directly or indirectly by reference to an identification number or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity.<

Any processing of personal data, except for those expressly provided by the Law “on the protection of personal data” No. 133 of 08.07.2011, may be carried out only if the data subject has given their explicit and unequivocal consent.<

In accordance with the provisions of the Law “on the protection of personal data” No. 133 of 08.07.2011, O.C.N. “TOP LEASING & CREDIT” S.R.L. collects personal data for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes and processes it in ways compatible with those purposes.<

O.C.N. “TOP LEASING & CREDIT” S.R.L. collects data for the provision of leasing and loan services and for other related purposes necessary for achieving its main business activities. Personal data of clients is processed only to the extent required to fulfill the company’s internal and legal objectives, in full compliance with all security and confidentiality measures.<

The company collects personal data from clients’ identity documents and other documents containing personal data provided by clients.<

In accordance with Articles 12–18 of the Law “on the protection of personal data” No. 133 of 08.07.2011, you have the right to be informed, the right of access to your personal data, the right to intervene in the data processing, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual automated decision, and the right to access justice.
